Deposit / Payment Policy
For OnLine bookings a 50% deposit will be taken within 12 hours and full tariff would be taken 14 days in advance before arrival date without further notice.(Please refer Terms & Conditions for full Deposit Policy)
Cancellation Policy
Deposits, less a $90 booking fee, are refundable if notification of cancellation or rescheduling of booking is received in writing 60 days prior to arrival date. There is no refund if notification is received after this period. There is no refund on unused portions of packages. Full tariff charged for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date. All rates include GST. Major credit cards accepted. Prices may change without notice. (Please refer Terms & Conditions for full Cancellation Policy)
